"Mr. Thank you for your taking the time for this review. You or anyone can't blame us for not showing up when you email me "DO NOT COME TO DO SERVICE UNTIL I GET BACK".... We have to respect your whishes and can't trespass a private property. So in just a few words. we just don't have problems showing up but when clients calls, email us or text. Don't come over. We can't and don't have the time to guess when you do want us over again. You did this like 3 times. So we just said forget it!.... We only want serious client need us."

We always did what you wanted or asked from us. from extra trimming at no charge, from you offering less money since you got rid of some sod. we accommodated all request from you without any hesitation. But I understand we are not always a match so No hard feeling and wish you the very best to you. Also I always call you right back and you could never pick up when I call you either. but we feel we did all you ever wanted and needed at your request. "I'm so very Sad that you can have the heart to delivery lie about us this Way. I send you an email on Monday night to let you know that the crew was going to be there the next day on Tuesday. Since our very Last conversation I explain to you that at times there is traffic or we just can't get to all the homes schedule for Mondays route. Your response was "I don't mind you coming over Mondays or Tuesday You don't even have to call me Just come between agreed times 12:00pm-4:00pm since I'm a late sleeper. So I took your word and just send an email. Also your lawn is so dry and husband Jesus turned irrigation system to see if it is working. (he does this periodically when he sees grass and plants dying. and now claim he left it on for days 4 weeks ago. How interested I NEVER received a phone call or an email from you with any complaints till this untrue review. All He Jesus was doing is offering you to get valves replace if you wanted to use the timer control instead of watering by hand. Since they are leaking when they are on working with main water (get a second opinion, they are old and need to be replace) Read email I send again I offered it for $125 for both. not $175 each since valves price is between $25-$27 dollars and the rest is labor to replace they. In return we get this ugly accusation from you completely Out of the blue. This is what people do to get away with not paying there bill and trying to lie and put us down is not going to work. We have clients for over 10 years that can testify how many times we have told them they don't have to replace some things in the irrigation system. fixing it should work for some items and replacing it for some We can't even handle all calls we get daily from clients wanting our Service for many projects and taking the time to scam and lie to get money is and has Never been us. So God bless and Thank you for the two and half years of your business. You will be in our prayers and hope you get better."

The wife was kind, caring, heartfelt and genuine I. Coming out to give an estimate, the best price offered, do a thorough job, and schedule things with unusually excellent communication. So far, the scheduled days have proven to be well ordered and Mr Melgar has been punctual and consistent. I set up recurring maintenance and am impressed with the work. I HIHLY RECOMMEND Mr Melgar, His wife and his brother! They are good people! Beautiful family that are dedicated to serve your needs. Thanks to them, as a single parent it is a huge burden lifted!

From the moment I spoke to Karina, and then met both Karina and Jesus, I knew we had chosen the right people for this job. We purchased our home in November and the yard and bushes were overgrown and hadn't really been taken care of. We had a vision of what we wanted, but it wasn't until we met with Karina and Jesus that the vision became a real plan. We all worked together and brought it to life. Karina even went to Green Acres with us and helped us pick out flowers that we really loved, and that would grow well in our yard. She made recommendations, and spent a great deal of time and effort making sure we got just what we needed and stayed within our budget. They are both so knowledgeable and helpful...they really know what they're doing!
Jesus has got to be the hardest working man we've ever seen! He shows up when he says he's going to, does what he says he's going to, and works so hard. He and his assistant showed up at 9:30 am on Saturday morning to start our project. By 11:00, they had 4 trees out of the ground...stumps, roots, and all. He's quick, but extremely efficient. He is a perfectionist and has a very sharp eye for making everything look just right. Our job took 3 days to complete, and on every one of those days, he let us know what he would be doing that day, asked if we had any questions, and made sure we were happy with the progress. Today, when the project was finished and Jesus left, my husband and I stood outside and looked at all the beautiful flowers and were so happy and so proud, even a little emotional. It was a nice feeling to have a pretty yard that we could really be proud of, and that will grow and blossom more and more over time.
We intend to have Jesus and Karina do more projects. We don't want anyone else touching our yard now! I highly recommend their services. They are helpful, kind, knowledgeable, professional, and truly good people. We are so grateful to have found them...you will be too!

You want to hire the Melgars - period. They both are extremely talented and creative, and are honest business owners - which is getting harder and harder to find. They go out of their way to make sure every customer is satisfied with their work, and they get it right the first time. I would also strongly recommend Karina for her incredible house cleaning services. She has twice completed a full, thorough cleaning of my house after two sets of tenants moved out, and each time she restored it to a level of quality that you won't find anywhere else. She listens to what you want, offers suggestions based on her experience, and in the end makes sure you are happy with the work. I can't say enough good things about them, and anyone who finds fault with their work clearly has unrealistic expectations. I strongly recommend them!

I used A.Melgar recently to do Lanscaping/clean-up work around my house to include sprinkler work, sod, planting, trimming etc. From the time I got the estimate to the end of the job they were professional and hard working. Very Fast and efficient. The work looks good and I have no complaints. I will use again

Our lawn and yard already look better than before. We had a general cleanup done, with a refresh of our bark and a layer of beautiful stones for the backyard areas instead of bark. We're very pleased with the quality of the work, and with how things look. The work is done principally by Jesus Melgar and his brothers, while Karina, Jesus' wife, handles most of the business end. They are both very nice and more knowledgeable than other landscapers we have hired. Jesus is an extremely hard worker and something of a perfectionist. He won't leave a job until it's finished properly, a quality we appreciate.

They were on time, good competitive price, meticulous work, caring in the details, good follow through. This work was done for my daughter, who I referred to this vendor because I was pleased with his work.
The tree was large, and in an difficult place against a concrete fence in the backyard. He was concerned with safety, worked efficiently, and when a storm came through, he stopped working and returned the next day to finish up. He also suggested cleaning up the sides of the house, which we did, and now have so much more useable space out there for the BBQ and storage. It looks so much better.

A wonderful experience! Very professional and responsive. This was a major yard clean up which included trimming trees, weeding flower beds, trimming back bushes and ivy plus mowing and edging the lawn. They did a great job!
