I hired John with JRW Plumbing to re-pipe my house and install a tankless water heater. John was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient in answering all of my questions. His prices are honest and extremely reasonable. He and his crew showed up on-time each day and cleaned up at the end of each day and were very communicative throughout the entire process and gave me timely progress updates. John takes pride in his work and made sure I was happy with the work each step of the way. When he was patching the walls at the end of the job he even patched a hole left by a different contractor. I had a great experience and highly recommend JRW Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!!

No call back. He’s probably a great plumber going by other reviews, but I’ve wasted all day waiting for a return call. Suggest to vendor that he hire an answering service so as not to leave potential clients hanging. When you need a plumber you at the very least need some response so you know whether to wait or move on to the next guy.

Perfect and hassle-free. John responded quickly to our phone call and came out the next day to look at the job. He is a very knowledgeable and skilled plumber, and freely shared his knowledge so that we were able to make an informed decision. He was always punctual, friendly and honest. He thought something I wanted to do was overkill and he told me instead of just trying to make more money off me. John did everything he said he was going to do and left our yard clean and tidy. He is a professional. I will hire John in a heartbeat when I need plumbing services again.

I called John first but he could not come out until the next day due to other appointments. My wife wanted it fixed that same night so I had no choice but to call another business. They did a terrible job installing the replacement burner. They then tell me that I needed a new valve. I didn't quite trust them so I called JRW Plumbing. John came out later that day and found out it was leaking gas. The last repair man did a terrible job and was missing parts. John was able to get the burner installed correctly and replaced my gas valve. He was professional and awesome. I would definitely hire again.

There was some confusion initially concerning call backs, but that worked out and I am glad I did not go to another provider. Once the appointment was established John was on time and performed the requested services to my total satisfaction. The services included the installation of a garbage disposal and solving/unclogging the sink faucet thus increasing the water pressure. I would be a repeat customer for future plumbing needs.

John was excellent!!! We will definitely hire him again. He called me back quickly and came to assess my broken pipe the same day. The cast iron drain pipe under my house corrided and was leaking in my crawl space. He gave me a resonable estimate that was much less than another service I contacted. He installed the new pipe a day earlier than scheduled and was done in a few hours. John even looked at the leak in my bathroom faucet, and the pipe under my bathroom in the crawl space. John and his coworker cleaned up the work area when they were done. John was very nice and profesional, and I'm so happy to have found a great plumber! Definitely call John if you have a plumbing issue.

I am cofounder of a nonprofit and money is very tight.  After John met with us and saw the type of work we do he offered to only charge us for supplies.  It was not something we were expecting or even thought possible given how expensive services can be.  He even picked up the dishwasher at the appliance store for us since we didn't have a truck and there was a delivery fee.  Not many people would go out of their way to help like that and we are so thankful John volunteered his time, travel expenses, etc., to help us.  We recommend John for any work you might need done as he is a standup guy and there aren't many of those.  Thank you John!!

See above. Does this company think that I wanted a golden drain pipe? To quote such an outragous price to fix a pvc kitchen drain pipe clearly tells us that he does not want the business. I think that if anybody looking for a reasonable quote for plumbing issue that they not waste their time with this plumbing company.

I have a new "old" home and this is the second time in two weeks I've had urgent need for a plumber.  Both times, he responded immediately and was at my house within a couple hours or better.  He did a bigger job for me late last year, and big or small job, he is very responsive and assesses and repairs the problem quickly and efficiently.  I can't speak highly enough about how good he is and recommend him highly.

They responded to my call right away.  They were prompt and professional.  They did a good job and I would hire them again. 

That one was fine. They seemed very competent and got the job done.

They did a terrific job. John was a pleasure to work with. Gave us an excellent price. Very straightforward and open - no cost overruns or surprises. John is a great communicator. Punctual. Very professional from start to finish. John stands behind his work and the work of his crew. It's clearly important to him that he has happy, satisfied customers. Plus they're just really nice guys. In midst of storm, discovered the basement in my new home was taking on water.  Source was poorly placed gutter runoff.  JRW was at my home within 30 minutes, installed temporary sump pump, diagnosed problem, went to hardware store to purchase supplies, installed water diversion to prevent further flooding.  He couldn't have been nicer or more responsive, didn't gouge me, and went well above and beyond in helping me out and calming me down and fixing the problem.  I just can't say enough about how great his service was and will use him again and again and again!!!!

When I emailed JRW on Angies list, John responded quickly and offered to accomodate my schedule to meet me and quote the job. Within days he was at our house and was able to provide ideas and options. John was very personalble and both my wife and I felt very comfortable the moment he came in the house. We excepted a 10 minute quote and he was here for almost an hour looking at all details and going through our options. John provided a quote on the spot and said call him with questions. I have 4 other plumbers come out and out of the total of 5 plumbers all off Angie's list, John was the plumber that instilled the most confidence in us. Both my wife and I were comfortable and felt like John really cared about our home and our situation. A few months later we hired JRW and John came with his assistant to start work. He was flexible around our schedule, clean and neat, and of any concerns. I even call John an hour after the job started to make a change and John accommodated and made it "no problem". After the job was complete, John even came back to check everything out and found that one of our sinks did not have the pressure that he thought we should have. He cleaned everything out and it worked perfect. He did some extras and was happy to address any concerns we had. I feel like we have a friend in the business and he truly has our best interest at heart. Just moving to California and purchasing an older home, my wife and I feel blessed to have worked with John and JRW plumbing and will be counting on them on the future.

they soldiered on.  I would definitely use them again.
