Ace Ventura came out and found rats eating through my ducting, wires and insulation. Rick was great he took pictures and showed me what was going on as I was too afraid to go up there. He gave me much needed relief when he closed up the very large holes they chewed. His team also cleaned out my whole entire attic and replaced with brand new insulation, fixed my ducting and wires. "The Terminix people were easy to work with and did a great job. The sub contractor hired, Amtech Wildlife Management, got rid of my bat problem but charged $5,800 for less than total of 8 hrs work. I was at least able to talk him doen to $5,000. The materials used were about 4ft of 3ft wide blk fiberglas window screen, 4 cans of expanding foam, and gorrilla tape (duct Tape)-- all of which I sell down at the hardware store. And a spray repellent that last for about two weeks. This is what I got for $633 an hour!!"
