He seemed to be a very conciencous hard working individual that went right to work with his inspection explaining to me as he performed the inspection what he saw and what needed to be done.The inspection was very methodical and complete.His professionalism led me to agree to have All pro Pest do the job. "The Terminix people were easy to work with and did a great job. The sub contractor hired, Amtech Wildlife Management, got rid of my bat problem but charged $5,800 for less than total of 8 hrs work. I was at least able to talk him doen to $5,000. The materials used were about 4ft of 3ft wide blk fiberglas window screen, 4 cans of expanding foam, and gorrilla tape (duct Tape)-- all of which I sell down at the hardware store. And a spray repellent that last for about two weeks. This is what I got for $633 an hour!!"

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
