Perfect workmanship. Competitive pricing. Prompt service. Great communication and follow up. I’ve hired Scott three times. A good size front porch with wrap around stairs about 5 years ago. It still looks new. A large two level rear deck and metal rails last summer and recently a wooden bridge over a creek bed. Truly a great person and Contractor

I was so pleased by the work that was completed. I had so much difficulty finding someone professional and willing to take on the smaller jobs. I needed someone with a license since I made the error of not checking someone else's false number. My window framing was destroyed. Stacey and his crew put it in better than before condition. The work was quality. They completed the painting and completely cleaned up. They also constructed a small fence to match another fence. It was quality work. I needed some trim painted as well. They sanded down the previous chipped paint before repainting and the results were beautiful. I was so pleased with the communication, punctuality, quality of work and cleanup. I would absolutely hire them again for a small or large job.

Scott was excellent! He's knowledgeable and professional. He got the job done at a good rate. He even built a step for free on his own initiative! His wife in the office was real helpful too. Give them a call--you'll be glad you did!

The old deck was ripped out and taken away in one day and the total project time was about 2.5 weeks. Good workmanship and the new deck looks great.

The dry rot repairs were done quickly, and after a complaint about the cosmetic result on the window, it was replaced promptly.

The deck work was completed by a subcontractor, but was reviewed by Scott on a daily basis.  The work was done quickly and the crew was professional and friendly. The high deck on our house was finished within 10 days and Scott was present to ensure that the inspection was completed.

The price for the deck was very competitive, compared to estimates we received from other contractors.  The price for the dry rot repairs was not reasonable, it was equal to the amount given by our pest inspector which was known to be overpriced. (We didn't know that Thrasher had a copy of his estimate, and just matched it until after the repairs were completed.)

I was happy with the work, the price and time of the repairs.

I would definitely use Thrasher Construction again for major house repairs / remodel.

Everything went very well. The work started earlier than the original start date and everything followed the schedule and requested work to be done. The employees were polite and completed the deck as if they were doing it for their own home. The attention to detail was more than expected.

We have a 35 year old house that we needed to get into like-new condition for sale. They smoothly coordinated their jobs with our painting contracor, intalling new bathroom windows, rebuilding a stairway replacing windows, replacing major vertical beamsholding up our pole house, and repairing drywall. They offered suggestions for better ways of doing repairs than we had envisioned... and their ideas worked. We can without hesitation recommend Scott and his crew for virtually any kind of home repair or improvement project. We are thankful that we found Thrasher Construction to work with us. I got 3 estimates for repairs listed on the pest inspection report. Their price was competitive and they were on time and friendly during the initial walk thru.. Their work load was already heavy and they were out front with me on the time it would take to get started. It was longer that I had hoped for. I hired them and they began working on the schedule that they promised. There were no delays and the work was done cleanly and professionally. I added a new window to the project and they did a good job with that.
During the final walkthrough, I noticed that one rafter tip had been skipped. I paid them for the entire project and they agreed to come back and replace it. They kept their promise and I am a happy customer. I am going to get another estimate from them when I replace my deck.

Sent email requesting estimate. Promptly recieved call back but needed to wait several days to arrange appt for estimate as he was out of town. arrived as arrange and presented in professional manner. Took few days beyond promise to receive quote which was inaccurate with measurements and took several more days to receive addended quote which came in higher that other estimates. Chose to use other provider but might consider for future work depending on estimate.

the project went smoothly. We met every morning with Mr. Thrasher and his crew to go over the work for the day, which company was to do the work that day. we lived in the house while the construction went on with minimal interuptions.The animals were not happy but weathered the noise.
the old house built in 1978 has a English Cottage flovor which Mr Thrasher carried over into the addition. I could not ask for a more honest man with the knack for excellence. The amount of money spent over his estimate was our preference. New windows for the old house, new gutters and crown molding throughout and engineered hard wood floors finished dressing up the exsisting home. Would I hire him agqain? You bet I would.
