"Ron was absolutely wonderful and immediately allayed any fears I had concerning the mold remediation. When I first called him, he spent a considerable amount of time explaining about mold and his protocol in examining a site. After explaining that he uses the EPA guidelines in his recommendations for remediation, I knew I had the right man for my needs. He completely examined the affected area, took lab samples and sent me his very detailed preliminary report containing the treatment recommendations and a separate report with the lab results. Because this was for a rental unit with two small children within the family of occupants, I knew I had to be thorough and careful in my treatment approach. Ron guided the workman on what to do by phone, and then about an hour later came out to take a lab sample which ultimately came back clean. No mold was found behind the wall, by the way. All this on a football playoff Sunday! Ron is so awesomely superior in his service that he blows away the competition. He not only saved me thousands over a bid I had received from a mold remediation company for the job, but gave superlative support through the entire process.
