"Back to Perfection is a perfect name for this company. We didn't realize that Corian could be refinished. We were referred to Back to Perfection and treated to a professional experience process that was well done from start to finish. Our countered has Corian sinks as part of the countertop and they were pitted and wanted them repaired as well as refinishing the entire countertop. We were delighted with the result. The refinished countertops look like new and "Back to Perfection". Recommend Back to Reservation without reservation."

"I always do my homework before hiring someone for a house project, and this was no exception. I had several companies come out for a bid. I ultimately chose Affordable Tile because of Ken's pricing, his other stellar Angie's list reviews, his calm demeanor and his long time expertise in the area of installing tile (decades). He installed a mother of pearl mosaic backsplash, as well as some colorful 6x6 tiles in an inset / niche above the range and I was truly SO happy with the way things turned out! (See pic) Before they started work each day they covered up all my counters and appliances, and before they went home each day everything was vacuumed and cleaned up for the night. Some of my tile arrived late, and whereas other contractors would have gotten all upset, he was very gracious and worked around the delay. I appreciated his flexibility very much. I also really loved his attention to detail. (So did my Marine husband! lol). Ken and Sherri went through tile by tile after grouting to make sure there were no pin holes and no haze left on the tile before sealing the grout. He also always took the time to address any questions I had or any special requests I made. His patient and kind demeanor was a welcome reprieve from the personalities of some contractors. All in all it was a very pleasant experience working with Ken and Sherri...they're good people and I will be having him come back when we re-do our master bath!"

"Exceptional service. Steve Andrade (Empire Dry Tech) called 24 hours prior to confirm the appointment. He arrive a few minutes early with an assistent. They covered nearly the entire kitchen in plastic sheeting and went to work. The marble countertops came out beautiful They even did the subway tile backsplash. His work was meticulous. The kitchen was left spotless. They were both friendly, helpful and professional. I will be sure to have him back and recommend him to all my friends and neighbors. He does any kind of countertop or flooring and more."

"Perfect!!! We originally d to repaint the whole house. Since that was out of our budget, we asked Tony to touch up our walls. When he finished, it looked like we had brand-new walls!!! Although it's the same beige color we already had, they look spectacular!!! He did the whole house in about 6hrs."

"After wour father passed away in January, we decided to keep his home and prepare it for a rental.  As we needed new carpeting and window coverings throughout, we contacted several companies for bids one carpeting and for mini-blinds.
After reviewing Angie's List, we walked into Felikian's on a Saturday morning.  We were immediately greeted by Andre, the manager.  He listened as we explained our situation and then offered to show us samples.  He did not try to up-sell us but rather explained what he thought best for a quality rental property.
We made arrangements for Andre to visit the property to measure the floor and windows.  He called a couple days later and gave us the estimate for carpeting and then mini-blinds.  We returned to see him the following Saturday and paid for the work.  Although I had my Angie's List ad for Felikians, offering no sales tax, in my briefcase, Andre presented us with his written estimate and it already included the no tax offer.  We were pleased.
Andre called a few days later and said that they would be ready to install the carpeting and mini-blinds.  We delivered the keys to him and explained how to turn off the home's alarm.  On the day they arrived to install, our handyman, a trusted friend, was there to do other work.  He called me later to tell me how professional, efficient and friendly the installers were.
When we visited the property a few days later, we inspected everything and were amazed at the qu ality of the products and the work as performed.  Andre and Felikian's Carpeting are outstanding!
If we need any floor coverings or window coverings in the future, we're calling Andre.  Thank you, Andre and thank you, Angie's List.

"Overall, they did a good job.  Their price was great.  A team of 4 installed arrived on-time and set to work to demo my existing sink and countertop.  Per my instructions, they kept the old sink intact and placed it back on to the new countertop when they were done.  Three issues came up during installation:
1) I have a very limited area for my backsplash due to a window above the sink.  I should have asked them to cut the backsplash a little bit shorter than what they did in order to make it fit properly.  The way it ended up, the backsplash doesn't quite sit flat and I had to add a lot of caulk to make it look smooth.  (I take responsibility for this one)
2) I have a small countertop space next to the stove (~1 foot long) that they did not focus on during the installation because it was a very small piece.  Consequently, they forgot to seal that section and didn't level it properly.  At a glance it looks ok, but at a closer inspection that small section is not level and I should have caught it before they left.  (partially my responsibility, partially theirs)
3) The BIGGEST ISSUE is that they made the final cut-out for the kitchen sink INSIDE my kitchen.  That created a cloud of granite dust that settled on everything in my kitchen.  I had to throw out all the food that was laying out and spent the next 2 days washing every single piece cookware/glassware/etc. that was in or around my kitchen. 

Pros:
1) I have a long section of countertop where they had to cut-out and join two slabs.  They did a good job of making the cutout and leveling that section of countertop so that the seam is nearly invisible.

Bottom Line: I recommend Stone Expo if price is the #1 concern.  But I highly recommend that you empty out your entire kitchen before they arrive, be prepared for a lot of granite dust, and try to be detailed oriented for them.  (i.e. make your own measurements prior to them cutting the backsplash, and make sure everything is level before they leave)"

"The assembly of larger furniture piece is not easy task. George did great job and make sure every piece are in perfect alignment. He also cleaned floor and cut the package box to fit in trash can."

"I had a broken piece of stone in my kitchen countertop, right in the front of the sink. There was a vein in the stone that I think water got in and eventually caused a crack. Eran quickly came and quoted the job for me and did the work the next day. He did the job fast and cleanly. The stone repair could have been a little smoother in my opinion, but it is well sealed and the glue matches the stone well and nobody will ever see the repair. While he was there, he re-caulked the entire sink to prevent that kind of crack from happening again. All in all, a great experience."
