"I was very happy with the service from William at Garafano Electric. I left a voice message and he returned the call within a day to set an appointment and to understand the specifics of what I needed to insure that he brought the correct parts. He let me know up front that there was a minimum one-hour charge for the visit. On the day of the appointment, William arrived precisely at the agreed time. The light switch repair was a small job that only took about 15 minutes and I'm very happy with the quality of the job and the new switch. William asked if I had other electrical tasks needed doing so that I could get the full benefit of the hour. The only item I could think of was that the bulbs in the living room fixture needed to be replaced, but it's a cathedral ceiling and too high for me to reach. I did not have the correct bulbs on hand, so William drove to Home Depot, purchased the bulbs and then installed them for me, all within the one-hour charge. This was well beyond what I expected a service provider to do and I was very pleased with the customer service. I would certainly hire Garafano Electric again."

Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

"I can't say enough great things about Ciro. It was the first time I used him, and most certainly will not be the last! The installation and finish on the drywall was truly done by an artisan, not just an installer! The corners on the windows were so sharp you could almost cut yourself. Ciro was very professional, prompt, and responsive. Where other contractors dropped the ball, he jumped in to help. He even made specific suggestions regarding things that needed to be done that the other contractors had missed. For example, he noted that the edges around the windows had not been insulated/sealed properly. He did that for me at no extra charge. Also, after my carpenter blew me off, Ciro jumped in and installed all of the insulation for a very reasonable price. He fit me into his schedule so my carpenter's error did not mess up MY schedule! I recall getting some quotes that were slightly lower, but those contractors did not know anywhere near as much about drywall as Ciro. It was well worth the price! He was also very reasonable and professional. I am NOT a contractor, but I was contracting this project on my own property. Ciro was honest and helpful in recommending the best way to install the drywall, and even how to coordinate with other trades. THANK YOU!"

"OUTSTANDING! With just 2 days notice, Joe sent one of his outstanding staff members (Mikey) to fix the hole I made in our ceiling. The repair job was done so well that it's almost impossible to see where I almost fell through from the attic. During Mikey's ceiling repair visit I asked Joe to give us a quote for the outside valve replacement and plumbing box installation project. The price was so good (almost half the amount quoted by another company) we asked them to handle this as well. This project was not only handled quickly, Mikey upgraded the setup for better access. He even colored the new concrete to match our existing patio area where the valve box needed to be installed."

"I cannot say enough good things about Tony and his crew and the quality work they performed for me. I bought a condo with two 25-year old bathrooms, and wanted to replace the tubs, showers, fixtures, cabinets, toilets and floor tiles and repaint each one. I consulted with Tony about what could be done and both turned out great! Tony and OM Construction's tradesmen were professional, efficient, clean and responsive to minor changes or things that I wanted to do that wouldn't work because of the particular building (i.e. slab floor that prevented a walk-in shower because of existing plumbing that could not be re-configured or changed without significant work or cost). I will use OM Construction again with a rental property I own, and will heartily recommend them to friends."

"He was very prompt - actually early, which never happens. The only issue was that the lights only stayed on for about five seconds (I admittedly didn't want them to stay on very long but that was way too short), so I called him and he came right out to adjust them. After the adjustment, they were still staying on the same amount of time, but he texted me, told me how to adjust them myself, and followed up to see if I was successful. Which I was. 
I would use City Lights again.
