Alex from Elemental Appliance Service did a good job repairing my Maytag clothes washer that had a lid lock issue. He was knowledgeable, professional and able to finish the repair that did not take too much time, I already had the new part I ordered online. I would call him again for help with my appliances.

Alex did great figuring out what was wrong with my washer. There were two separated issues, and he worked until he was able to repair both of them in a timely manner, meaning as soon as the part came in, he made time to come over that same day to fix the remaining issue with my washer.
