"Kent not only provided us a solution, but also restored our sanctuary. He readily took on a remediation project to restore flagstone in our patio area affected by a re-routed buried gas line. Where we were already overwhelmed with the complexity of the task (and the distress from the gas line leak), Kent reassured us that he would take care of everything. His extensive experience, coupled with his genuine passion to restore our space, was compelling. The attention-to-detail was seen from Kent down through each of his team members. Not only was it difficult to match the existing flagstone, but his team laid it in a way that blended naturally with the remaining patio. Each step seemed to have been done with the same care they would do for their own home—from the initial dig to expertly puzzling together the flagstone, it was flawless execution. Also, with their expertise with barbecues, they were able to also trouble shoot our side burners & gas fire pit. Kent is a professional; and his Zen-presence radiated beyond the project, and exceeded our expectations. To him, this may have been a simple job to restore our patio; but to us, he helped us to regain resilience from this whole ordeal. "Categories above don't exactly reflect the work we had done. Install It Direct removed our wood retaining wall and replaced with stone-look block (about 260 feet in length). They also installed artificial turf in our front yard, which greatly improved our curb appeal. Chris and Troy supervised these installations and their workers did an excellent job. We were very pleased with their work and it turned out great!"

"Emily and her guys at SD Premier Outdoor did an outstanding job with our backyard/front yard project. We moved into a new construction home and needed a company that would help us create our backyard plan as well as submit drawings to our HOA. This was accomplished day 1 so that we could expedite our approval and start on the install. Emily was extremely prompt with her responses, and my questions and requests were answered immediately. There was no nickel and diming or upcharges with anything. Emily truly wanted to make sure we had an easy low cost project, and she did just that and then some. Our project consisted of pavers (sealed) and turf which wa finished in 4 days and it looks phenomenal! Most importantly, My fur babies and my little girl is so happy to have a yard to play in!! "The people at Evo Turf were great. In fact the entire process was easier than I anticipated. The sales person Chris was informative and brought probably 10 different styles of turf to choose from. The other companies that came to give us bids offered very little selection. Once we decided to go with Evo Turf the process was very smooth. There was good communication with the office and plenty of advance notice as to when the work would take place. The installers were awesome. I must say that Kevin and the other install guys were great! They answered all my questions (probably dumb) and helped me to understand the install process. These guys made it look easy, even though it was a ton of work. All in all, I give Evo Turf a perfect grade. Good customer service, great price and great quality of work. I would choose and recommend them in the future. A+"
