"I have been using Thom and his crew for at least 8 years now for our chimney cleaning and maintenance, and I am very pleased with the work he does. They are thorough, clean, and always have a great attitude. A few years back the cap at the top of our chimney had some cracks and crumbling mortar; the repairs Thom made were first-quality and have stood up to the elements beautifully. He's also done mortar work on the firebrick inside the hearth. I recommend Chim Chiminey Sweep very highly and will continue to use them on an annual basis."

Experience is that the family business knows their business, inspected, cleaned, replaced cap, removed obstructions from flute, and never burned a cleaner fire. In this day and age, beyond refreshing and they will have my business every year to 2 years to clean and maintain, can’t replace the real deals, and they are it. They know their business and give you 100%, hard to find these days."

In this day and age, beyond refreshing and they will have my business every year to 2 years to clean and maintain, can’t replace the real deals, and they are it. They know their business and give you 100%, hard to find these days."

"There?s something very hinky about this company. Do not hire. Their communication is horrible . I had to describe what I needed 3 times which really should have been my first clue. Elia came out and gave me an estimate to do some masonry on my chimney. I signed the agreement and we agreed to do the job the next day. Someone named Shawn came the next day and didn?t seem to know what the job was and increase the estimate by $500.00. I should have cancelled the job then. He spoke to his supervisor Isiak who said he?d honor the estimate but that Eli (from the day before) would come to do it. When Eli came, he had no knowledge of what transpired in the morning. He did the work which was terrible craftsmanship. They have no business doing this work as they are not trained or equipped to do it. Working with them was extremely stressful and even their company, customer facing website is different than their LLC. I wonder why? But I would not recommend them as their communication is chaotic an"
