"I was pleased with not only the installation of my back yard, but also the work ethic and friendliness of the men doing the work. They showed up at 8:30 every morning and began working and worked through 5-5:30pm every day. The project manager Cesar was there every day and made sure we were satisfied with the work being done. I liked the original design of the project, but during construction the team pointed out some additional ideas that made a great job super. My wife and I are glad we chose System Pavers. "Stephen did an excellent job fixing my gate. He was able to solve the problems that 3 other contractors couldn’t and exceeded my expectations. He helped me put a temporary gate to prevent my dogs from getting out while he welded, fabricated and built the new gate. He is very knowledgeable and efficient and keen to detail. His craftsmanship is impeccable and I am very happy with my new sturdy gate. I will definitely use him in the future for upcoming projects. Stephen offers a very good service at an affordable price I am very happy with his work and recommend that you call him for any welding or any handyman service for that matter."

Customers say: True professional

"Leo was very helpful and quick to respond. We’re happy with how our 2 bathrooms turned out. Project was completed within the time promised. Our only complaint is that the workers did not clean up very well. But overall, we’re satisfied and we’ll use them again."

Fire Pit Installation questions, answered by experts

You can safely build a fire pit on your patio as long as you use porous, fire-resistant pavers or a fire pit mat over existing pavers. Otherwise, you’ll need to have exposed ground beneath your pit. You’ll also need to make sure the location for the fire pit is far enough away from your house and any other nearby structures.

Baseboard heaters are generally safe and efficient, but they can be dangerous if safety precautions are not followed. To ensure safety, do not block the heaters with furniture, drapes, open doors, or other items, and maintain clear space around them for proper heat flow. Regularly check that items have not fallen on or under the units. If you have children or pets, make sure they stay clear of hot heaters to avoid burns. For added safety, consider models with an automatic shut-off feature and have them professionally tested. If a problem occurs with a baseboard heater, always contact a qualified electrician or HVAC professional for repairs.

Regular professional chimney cleaning and a well-fitting chimney cap are two of the most effective measures to help prevent flue blockages. Annual cleaning keeps the flue from developing a thick layer of creosote. The chimney cap keeps debris out and stops critters from going down your flue for shelter while carrying clog-worthy nesting material.

No, it is not safe to use an outlet that sparked. A spark from an outlet could indicate a short circuit, loose or frayed wiring, or other serious damage. Continuing to use an outlet that sparks can increase the risk of electrical shock, electrical fires, and other hazards. It's important to turn off the power to the outlet at the circuit breaker if possible and avoid using the outlet until a licensed electrician has inspected and repaired it.

Yes, fire extinguishers eventually expire. However, the good news is that a properly stored fire extinguisher can last a decade or longer. They don’t have an expiration date on the canister, but you can check the manufacturing date on the “UL” nameplate near the classification information. Maintenance will also give your fire extinguisher longevity. Check the gauge at the top of the extinguisher every month. You'll want to make sure the gauge needle is in the green section, and if a hose or nozzle has been used or damaged, you need to replace it.
