They spent most of the time over wrapping items and wrapping items that did not warrant in an effort to increase their time. It was a complete CON. Don't use these guys we paid 3 times more than if we had of use another organization. They had a huge container butt did not get everything we had in it (only a 700ft 2 bedroom home no appliance went) poor organization. We had to go back the next day and overload our car and throw away items and donate others in an effort to get out of the place we were renting on time. It was disastrous! Oh yeah and did I include the fact that they were nearly 2 hours late on their forecast arrival.

Dmitrii And. Oleg were the absolute best! They were careful. fast, friendly and made the whole moving process so much easier. I wish we had used them the previous move and will definitely use them in the future. We wish we had hired them for all our previous moves because this was, by far, the best experience weâ ve had with movers. Highly recommend them!

Great experience with Happy Home. They showed up on time and packed my apartment in an efficient manner. They had boxes for any loose items I wasn't able to pack in my own boxes. They even had wardrobe boxes to transport all my hanging clothes. Brass tacks: it took 2 movers about 3.5 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment. About 20 minutes of that was travel between the old and new apartments. The hourly rate of $109 (as of June 2023) was about the fairest I could find. They didn't nickel and dime for packing supplies or truck costs or travel from a warehouse. The pricing was straightforward: it started when you signed the contract at your old place and finished when unloading was completed at your new place. I would definitely recommend them, and I'll probably use them again next time I move.

Service was good, but slower than I would have expected/slower. Overall positive though.

Clean fast and reasonably priced

I had to go to Staples and buy my own packing supplies like bubble wrap because they did not have any.

Max and Hamed were wonderfulâ they were kind, helpful, and so quick! The move took much less time than expected and they were very accommodating. Definitely recommend!

The team worked very quickly and efficiently- super organized and packed a whole house in just a few hours - in addition, I had some issues with closing date/time and the owner was so accommodating and understanding- unloading also went smoothly not one thing was damaged and again the team was awesome to work with - highly recommended!

I am writing this review to voice how disappointed I was with service provided by this company. However, I will say that setting the appointment and their ability to reschedule a few times was outstanding!! That being said, I had a 3 bedroom house of which 2 of the bedrooms had virtually no furniture. So really at most it was a 2 bedroom house. They came poorly prepared with minimal tools that one would provide for a toddler, 3 wardrobe boxes that were barely operable and a small moving van that required them to have to come back for a second trip. That was inexcusable and fortunately after complaining they did offer a 1 hour discount. Being that the move was only 3 miles it wasn?t that costly but highly inefficient. The most egregious abuse occurred with their time consuming and waste of energy in how they wrapped the furniture. They spent hours tapping items and creating bumpers out of tape that was totally unnecessary and clearly an attempt to run their billing above and beyond what was truly necessary. I would include pictures to show how unnecessary it was but I can?t on this review tool as it doesn?t allow those. The supervisor claimed that it was necessary in order not to damage the furniture. I understand the concern not to damage the furniture but a professional mover that knows what they?re doing would have wrapped the furniture in blankets and then tape the blankets down. Instead they wrapped multiple pieces with at minimum 10 layers of tape and most furniture they didn?t secure blankets when they should have. They started wrapping each individual pillow on my couch in massive amounts of tape, needless to say I had to stop that process as it was clearly unnecessary and another attempt to run up their billable time. Overall, a horrible experience and would never recommend again.
