"The customer service is excellent, but be advised they are located in California!
The powerwasher arrived on time and was very polite, seemed to know what he was doing. 
I have a large organic garden on one side of my house which I did not want flooded with bleach or cleaning chemicals.  It was a bit unclear exactly what is in the solution they use, the powerwasher said it would not hurt plants, but to be safe I did not have him wash the one side of my garage that the garden is adjacent to.
We have white vinyl siding that had alot of dark dirt/mold on it -- they did an excellent job getting everything very clean.  No damage to any plants, windows, etc.
The only reason I did not rate an "A" is that they did not have a chemical/bleach free option.
