At the promotional rate, I felt this was a pretty good value; however, I wasn't quite impressed enough with the overall experience to retain their services on the regular. There a few things they missed - which is ok considering the price - but there were a few things they did which were unexpected and unwanted. For example, one of the housekeepers watered my son's Venus Flytrap with tap water and killed it - unintentionally, of course. My only gripe was due to a lack of professionalism as it pertained to the actual cleaning appointment. I understand that things can come up, but as this was my first impression, I was somewhat put off by their effort to reschedule me last-minute and then arriving late when it came time for the cleaning (by about 30+ minutes). All in all, I would recommend them and I think that their cleaning promotion was a good value."
