"I would like to share my experience getting my house work done from Home Renew 360. I was looking to get rain gutters, even thought my exterior paint needed to be done as well. Erik Gombinski came out to my home shortly after and we started discussing the work I wanted done. After our discussion he started the job immediately on the following Monday. Within less than 2 weeks, the job was completed to my satisfaction. The workers were very neat, patient, and so professional, I am so happy with all of them. "The workers did the repairs. I continually told them it needed to be strong and sturdy. They responded they understand. When the awning was attempted to be attached it pulled the fascia board away from the house. I contacted Kyle who finally came out to assess the problem to repair. (This was the first time I met Kyle) Once Kyle arrived he looked at the fascia board and told me it would never hold an awning. I explained I had told his workers and they seemed to understand. He then informed me they don't speak English. I said his workers should have called him if they thought they couldn't do the job to the satisfaction of the client. He then left and emailed me they could repair the fascia board for additional money. I then declined any further help from a company that doesn't stand by their work. I believe that if you don't personally see the job that needs completing that you should send workers that can communicate with the client so that there is no issue later."

Fernando was quick to answer the call and most importantly was available the same day. He estimated his arrival time and was early in a good way. He was friendly and assessed the situation by asking good questions and it didn't take long for him to figure out what was going on. He estimated the project and we felt it was a fair price. Everything is working and we're happy. We hired him again to inspect our other sprinklers and he addressed the faulty ones and installed updated digital WiFi timers. He’s thorough, efficient and patient. I highly recommend Rainbow Landscaping."
