We needed a one piece door which was difficult to find because most are sectional roll up. Only found two company’s that said they were able to do it.One gave us an outrageous bid and IM whose bid was with in our budget so we rolled the dice and hired them. On the agreed day for installation one man showed up on agreed time to start the job.I asked if he was going to do the work by himself and said his partner was sick but he could do job. Our original door was a 30 ft. wooden door. My first thought was I had made a mistake choosing IM but two later I was a happy camper. The new door looks exactly like our HOA neighbors and the fit is perfect. IM is a honest company with a great price and skilled installers.

November 22, 2024 - Found the business on Anji's List and requested an estimate to replace the garage door. They called immediately and arrived in 30 minutes. After checking out the issues with the garage door, they said it could be quickly repaired and did not need to be replaced. They described exactly what they would do to fix each of the issues, provided a cost estimate, and indicated they had all the parts required on their truck. We accepted their proposal, they completed the work exactly as they described, and it did resolve all the issues, saving us the $2,000 to $3,000 it would have cost to replace it. It was a very excellent experience overall. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
