"Met with Gregg, discussed our plans and he then thoroughly checked out the house. He consulted with his office when he had questions regarding such things as the electrical panel capacity etc. The crew was very professional. They always called ahead to let us know they were coming; the communication from all those at ASI was outstanding. They installed new ductwork, new furnace and compressor unit and insulated the attic all in two days. They were all very responsive in answering our questions and concerns getting the system adjusted to our liking. They made sure we were satisfied 100% before they left."

"Last week I had Landmark energy upgrades, do energy efficiency work at my home. The work included sealing all my duct-work in the attic as well as sealing all the spots between the living space below and blowing in additional insulation in order to bring me up to today's standards. I also had them replace all the duct work in my crawlspace and seal it as well as when they came for their initial inspection they found that my duct-work was riddled with holes and was completely uninsulated as well as being unsealed. I initially contacted Landmark after receiving notification that they were offering assorted rebates for home owners to incentivize them to do upgrades to there homes.
I was super pleased with these guys, a total of two crews worked on our home and they were both quick, professional, and explained what they would be doing in detail when they first arrived. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. Immediately I noticed a difference in my home after the work was finished. The HVAC system weren?t running nearly as much and the temperature in the home was absolutely more consistent.  Landmark Energy Upgrades promptly handled all the paperwork required in order for me to receive my rebates making this part of the process extremely easy. "Jim is amazing. We needed new windows for the bedrooms - the old ones were original from 1949 and no longer closed! Jim came over and helped walk me through the options. He also did a quick assessment of other areas where we might be losing energy efficiency and offered multiple solutions (some of which he suggested I could even do myself). The new windows are beautiful and keep the cold air out!! When I'm ready to order more for the other areas of the house and to insulate our walls, I will be sure to call Jim. "I bought an Angie's list deal for dry wall repair but really they just spread some spackle on it and left it rough. I had to scrape off the blobs of spackle left on the ceiling. My boyfriend could have done the same job. I wanted them to actually replace the dry wall where it was cracking. Mainly they wanted to sell me more jobs and pushed me to sign on with them to get new insulation in the attic. I had them give me an estimate on rain gutters while they were here. Their estimate/prices are very high. I think they have to pay for all those people manning the phones. It sounds like a boiler room when they call."

"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."
