When I called I told them I was in a bind and I needed my AC fixed as quick as possible. They showed up the next day. Explained and Demonstrated the issues to me. We set a date and everything was replaced and fixed on time. I would use them again but I hope I never have an issue like this again.

All insulation was removed (approx. 1700 sq ft). Some additional clean-up was needed and was performed by pest management company when droppings left/missed were found by another insulation company. Cost was for separate pest management company to trap and for attic clean out and exclusion work. New insulation was not included in this price

Ron did an excellent job explaining the process to us and scheduling so as to accommodate us when we told him we had guests coming. In fact, he came back with an earlier start time as the first one scheduled was a little too close to our guests' arrival. The crew did a superb job! I wish we had done this a long time ago. The attic looks terrific with the new insulation and plywood floor. I feel confident the house is sealed so as to prevent any more critters from coming in from the canyon behind us. Kudos to 911 Restoration!

It was capably removed but came back within a few weeks. 911 came out again without hesitation, removed it and took additional steps to ensure it does not return. The service providers, Perry and Arturo, were awesome. Neat, tidy, efficient and thorough. Went the extra mile in my view.

I enjoyed working with Ron and his team. He was extremely professional, prompt with communication and most importantly, he made sure there was no mess or damage when he was finished with his work. With this being my home, its important to have a contractor take the time to prep the area with pads, floor covering and then vacuum when finished.

I needed my insulation replaced because it was very old and I had rodents as well. I initially wanted to get three quotes before hiring anyone to do the job for me. I met with one company who was a little cheaper but I did not get a good vibe from them. 911 was my 2nd quote I met with Ron and instantly had a good feeling with him. He was professional and thorough, took his time to explain to me the entire process and made me feel at ease. I felt like I no longer needed any other quotes because Ron answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. Im glad I followed my instincts and hired Ron and his workers to perform the job for me because they did just as promised and finished the job within the time frame. I highly recommend 911 restoration and Ron to Anyone needing to replace their insulation they are very reliable and certainly know exactly what they are doing.

I did my research. Pest companies aren't always the best to go with. I scheduled estimates with 6 companies & yelped them.
Only two companies went into the attic & never told me about the rat holes in the AC. The other 3 companies stood on a ladder not entering and had some little whatever gage that didn't do anything, also not seeing the damage.

911 was THOROUGH, spent time explaining everything and at that point I was so pleased with Ron's professionalism, I didn't mind paying little extra. The crew was on time, careful with my new stairwell, covered everything (carpet and all) & completed the job as projected. We decided to take the bags and drop them from the second floor window and run the hose through there. Worked great!

Be careful. Many of these companies are a rip off & don't even give you a thorough walk through.  Then they want double of what 911 did. 

Thanks Ron and crew for a clean job!

We had a leak from the kitchen faucet retractable spray hose that went unnoticed for a month or so. Massive black mold grew in the cabinets and behind the wallboard . We interviewed 6 firms and while 911 was not the cheapest, we were impressed by the professionalism  of the quote and performance of the company.  They eliminated the mold, tested air quality and rebuilt the 3 units while maintaining the countertop tile.
