Guardian Insulation is a fully licensed, bonded and insured insulation and acoustical contractor specializing in blown insulation for single family residences. Our managing partners are experts in energy efficiency and thermal resistance combining not only a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from UC Berkeley but over 25 years on site experience with residential home insulation. We have over 100 satisfied customers in the Orange County and Sacramento areas, many of whom would be happy to speak to you and attest to the quality of our work.

I went with guardian because they had the best price and the owner was nice and professional. However when it came to the actual work being done, it was outsourced to another company. They were good, but not what I was expecting or was communicated.

Russel was very professional and efficient. The team arrived on time and completed the work in 2 days - insulation, duct replacement and rodent proofing. They were careful to make as little dust as possible and cleared up at the end. Very competitive pricing. I had 3 estimates and Guardian was the best.

They were ontime, professional, and did the contracted work for the quoted price. There was a slight hiccup at the job start, but they were great at communication and resolved it quickly. Basically I had a slight misunderstanding of where a vent would be placed. This company is what you look for in a contractor. I would absolutely use them again.

Home Energy Audit
We were considering spending over $50,000 on 7 new double French doors. Following Russellâ s survey we found we did not need to do so to help solve our HVAC issues. We now have his 17 page report including guidance regarding HVAC equipment, changing ductwork, solar equipment, insulation and recommended companies to call to get quotes as needed. We found his energy survey worth every penny.

They removed blown in insulation cleaned up rat feces sanitized attic then reinstalled insulation. They arrived on time did an excellent job and cleaned up.
