I originally wanted new keys made for my exisiting lock but was told that they could not do that.  So a new lock was isntalled instead.  Although the work was good and the locksmith was courteous and professional, I just did not expect to pay that much to replace a lock.

"I highly recommend Alex! (I never write reviews, so this means something). I lost my BMW key and I was totally desperate. I originally used someone else and they were not able to complete the job. Alex came the next day. He was very friendly and extremely patient with my high security car. When one method wasn't really working (which is where the previous guy sort of just stopped and said he couldn't complete the job), Alex found a different way. It's not an easy car to make a key for, but Alex did not give up and I was so grateful. I was expecting to get a crapy little key that I was going to have unlock every time by turning it in the door handle, but he cut me a key with the lock and unlock button on it. I was definitely not expecting that! He also cut me another backup key at no cost. He is a very friendly, professional, knowledgable and honest locksmith.
