"I highly recommend Alex! (I never write reviews, so this means something). I lost my BMW key and I was totally desperate. I originally used someone else and they were not able to complete the job. Alex came the next day. He was very friendly and extremely patient with my high security car. When one method wasn't really working (which is where the previous guy sort of just stopped and said he couldn't complete the job), Alex found a different way. It's not an easy car to make a key for, but Alex did not give up and I was so grateful. "Exemplary customer service @ FrontPoint.  Every representative I spoke to throughout the process was prompt, honest, helpful, and not aggressive with making an immediate sale.  True to their claim, we were able to set up our home security system very quickly, within a half hour or so.  The tech, especially the control keypad, isn't fancy or cutting edge, but it seems to get the job done (alerts whenever a door/window is open, quick alarm activation).  All in all, no complaints and happy with the simple process to give our family more peace of mind.
