I originally wanted new keys made for my exisiting lock but was told that they could not do that.  So a new lock was isntalled instead.  Although the work was good and the locksmith was courteous and professional, I just did not expect to pay that much to replace a lock.

"I highly recommend Alex! (I never write reviews, so this means something). I lost my BMW key and I was totally desperate. I originally used someone else and they were not able to complete the job. Alex came the next day. He was very friendly and extremely patient with my high security car. When one method wasn't really working (which is where the previous guy sort of just stopped and said he couldn't complete the job), Alex found a different way. It's not an easy car to make a key for, but Alex did not give up and I was so grateful. I was expecting to get a crapy little key that I was going to have unlock every time by turning it in the door handle, but he cut me a key with the lock and unlock button on it. I was definitely not expecting that! He also cut me another backup key at no cost. He is a very friendly, professional, knowledgable and honest locksmith. I would use him time and time again, but hopefully I won't have to : )

"I called Ken on a Monday afternoon and asked if he could give me an estimate for a lock I wanted to have installed on an outside patio gate. He offered to come that afternoon, but I asked him to come by the next morning. We made an appointment for 9:00 am. He showed up right on time the next morning. He is very friendly and professional and made me feel quite at ease. He looked at the gate and noticed an old lock on the bottom; which I hadn't even seen. He suggested that we use the old lock instead of installing a new one, which would save me quite a bit of money. The old lock was missing some parts, but that was not a problem. Ken had replacement parts in his truck and promtly fixed the old lock. He moved it to more accessible location and made certain it worked easily and smoothly. It was a perfect, a very inexpensive fix for the problem. He is an honest, geniunely kind, and professional man. I asked him for a recommendation for a window tinting service and he gave me the name and phone number of the man he used for his own home and vehicles. He could not have been more helpful. I really appreciated this warm welcome to my new hometown."
