"I do not recommend Aaero Novato. Strongly consider taking your business to a more responsive and professional entity. The rep was at my house for no more than 15 minutes. He seemed knowledgeable and was friendly. I was promised a quote within two days detailing the costs. No quote as of day three, so I followed up. A week later still no quote, no voicemail, no text so I followed up yet again. Frustrated at this point by the lack of urgency, I called to request a refund since they failed to uphold the second half of the transaction. After calling their main office instead of the rep on my final follow up, I was transferred to an unidentified person with no explanation. I assumed it was the original rep. His ambiguous excuse was he is “fighting uphill.” He made it seem that I was wrong for feeling frustrated after I waited to hear back from repeated follow-ups. Regardless of his feelings toward his company’s bureaucracy, I felt his excuse was dishonest and insincere. He hid behind his excuse and made me look as if I was wrong for feeling frustrated. If he had handled my complaint honestly and professionally by explaining that he simply forgot and or that it wasn’t a priority, I would’ve understood and simply asked for the quote and not a refund. Then he hung up on me after he said he would “gladly process my refund.” There was no ownership of the issue. Definitely not worth the $130.00 “diagnostic fee.” However, looking back, he was sure quick at charging me the $130.00. Please process my refund for not providing me a quote as promised. I hold the rep responsible for not owning the mistake and not finishing the job. I am prepared to invest $10K+ and was shopping for quotes. I was prepared to pay $130.00 for a quote but I never received it when promised. I will be taking my investment elsewhere."
