+ -1 moreThe tech spent a little less than an hour at my house. He did the repair which did not require any new parts. I was charged $520 for the repair. This was labor only. I asked the manager to review the bill. He said he charges $520/hour for labor. That is dishonest in my opinion.

+ -1 moreFaiq called to reconfirm the appointment I made on his web site. He is so nice. No pressure about replacing just found the problem and fixed it. I will never use Sears repair again on Master Appliance. Highly highly recommend his company.
