The only reason I gave a "B" on responsiveness is that there was one time when I had to call twice before getting a call back. The "B" on quality is because the taping where the pipe meets the cabinet could have been neater, but in reality it's in an upper cabinet so you don't even see it. The communication, scheduling and work went smoothly and we are satisfied.

He had a project in the morning and was coming to perform work for my mom later in the day. I was coming from an hour away so trying to coordinate time. We ran into a snag with one of the shower bars because the second stud could not be clearly identified, so Christopher immediately located a hardware store nearby and purchased tile anchors to secure bar into wall.
