They did an extremely complex "wood" tile pattern which looks beautiful in photos and EVEN better in reality. In addition, the bulk of the work and hassles and noise was done remotely while I was out of town. Luis was great an explaining things and even though I wasn't there, I felt everything would be handled with the utmost care and attention to details. Talk about trustworthy!!!
