Jim was very polite and very knowledgeable in regards to the repairs we required for two printers! He was on time, considerate, and knew his trade and expertise very well. I am former computer tech but because i am a double amputee i was unable to do the things needed to repair my computer. i called and within an hour jim was at my house. i will admit i may have been a bit demanding but he did all i requested and got my machine up and going. thank you
