He recommended me to remove the old insulation and to place a new one. His price and warranty were good... so i hired them. The following morning, he came over with his worker and took out all the old insulation while his worker placing the new one. The work itself can get pretty messy, drilling so many holes in the drywall and blowing in the cellulose insulation releases a lot of construction dust into the air. However, their workers covered everything really well, set up dust barriers, built a containment hallway with painters plastic and reduced the mess to almost none.
