"This was a fantastic experience! Joseph and his crew came out to our property on the designated day and time, and did exactly what was agreed to in a timely manner, and at a very fair price. The work was well done, and I would definitely hire them again."

"great. He could not keep our initial appointment due to a water heater emergency :( and didn't call, but after we rescheduled everything was fine. He explained why he was doing what he did, did the work, tidied up. Even gave me an estimate on tile work and showed me some photos of his work"

"It went very well.  He never varied from his estimate of labor costs and there was only a few extra supplies that needed purchasing after his original materials estimate but that was usually for extra work we asked him to do as the project progressed.  There were a few times when we observed things that we preferred another way (such as the color of paint used on the vents) and when they were brought up with him he adjusted very quickly.  Much of the work was done while we were on vacation and we trusted Ceaser with the keys to our house.  We're very happy with the final result.

Concrete Resurfacing questions, answered by experts

You can dry pour concrete over existing concrete, but it’s best to use wet pour concrete instead. Dry pour concrete is easier to apply, but in order for new concrete to adhere to old concrete, it needs the right mixture for slow, uniform curing. Additionally, dry pour concrete is less durable and less resistant to cracking and concrete sinking, so dry pouring over an existing slab may result in surface imperfections appearing prematurely.

Yes, you can mudjack cracked concrete, but the cracks will need to be repaired once the concrete has been leveled. If the concrete is severely cracked in multiple places, replacement may be a better option, but for less severe cracking, mudjacking is a good solution as long as cracks are correctly caulked and sealed.

Yes, you can pour new concrete over an existing concrete patio. This process, known as resurfacing, is a common repair method used by professionals. For the best results, ensure the old concrete surface is clean and free from debris. The new layer of concrete should be at least three to four inches thick and include reinforcement materials, such as fiberglass fibers or wire mesh, to prevent cracking and spalling. With proper technique, a resurfaced patio can last for 15 to 20 years.

Common issues include cracks, settling, and loose stones. Regular maintenance prevents significant damage.

Ensures smooth finishes and extends the life of surfaces.
