"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Chip was on time for my appointment and he was very professional.  He explained things very well and each problem or concern that I had he addressed.  At the end of the repair service prior to ending the call, Chip went back over my list of concerns to make sure that each matter was addressed and repaired. "My second appointment with Geek Choice in March went well. The phone call from the office to determine what I wanted to accomplish at the visit is a great idea. I would say that here is where Geek Choice can look for complications. For example, someone who's used a computer at work and at home may still be unaware of some basic ideas. For example, if a device is to be added, does it need to be charged, does the person have the correct cable or battery, etc. Young people know this; older people do not necessarily.
The representative was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and offered additional tips. He arrived within the time frame specified.

"It was great. Within maybe 30 minutes I received a call from a tech in my area and we arranged for him to come to my house the next day, I believe. He spent a couple hours here, ran several pieces of diagnostic software, and removed some malware. I have no idea of all the functions he performed. When he left, my laptop ran like a new laptop! I was thrilled. I don't recall that I have used them since Geekatoo and Hello Tech became one. but I will be using them soon. I have a desktop computer that needs review."
