But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. Once somebody actually did speak with me, they were very responsive. They were pretty professional when I spoke to them. I just think that they were light on manpower."

"My landlord hired EM Electric. I requested a motion light be installed on my patio. Where I enter was super dark. Erik came out and took a look, told me his plan for the best location (turned out perfect), also recommended a garage light sensor to add for small additional charge, I guess was easy to install as he had to do most the work for the patio (drilling hole from garage outlet) so thought to offer this addition. Extra awesome since my complex we don't have automatic openers and I had to fish for the overhead light in the dark. He was clean, courteous, and professional (even moved my stuff in the garage to do the job, then put back after he was done)!

The actual workers demolished completely the old kitchen and increased the back wall by few feet. They opened up walls to make the house space feel much larger. At the end of each day, Zohar made sure to be at the house OR to send someone to make sure that all the daily tasks have been accomplished.
