Jacob is very professional and thorough. He looks at things you haven't even seen and fixes them. He is very knowledgeable and gives you his fair assessment right there and then and not beat around the bushes like so many other technicians do with regards to price. I trust his work and fair prices.

Bath Exhaust Fan Installation
Jacob contacted me via phone when I wanted an estimate for installing my vent fan/light in my bathroom. He quoted me $150-250 over the phone and scheduled me at 8:30 am on Monday. I had another quote for another electrician for the same amount and day. I followed up via text with Jacob on the quote which he replied $175-250. I decided to go with the other electrician and canceled my appointment with Jacob via text. He immediately called me and had me schedule back with him again. Right after I called him back again letting him know about the quote of $150 and he said $25 is not a big difference and he would do a great job for $175, so I reconfirmed my appt with him again. When Jacob showed up, I told him to put all the trash in this black bag. He installed the vent fan/light, but he did not put the old vent fan/light in the bag. I think he left the old vent fan/light in the attic. When it came time to pay, he said to check or Venmo. I thought I could pay through this app which is an option but he said no. Very weird. I wish I could have stayed with the other electrician.

"Our company aims to do the best job at a reasonable price and provide excellent customer service. Jacob felt that the customer was happy with the work completed and she even added a $5 tip. The work area was cleaned up and everything that could be placed in the trash bag was placed in it. The old fan can not be removed from the ceiling without causing damage to the ceiling due to the necessity to cut the ceiling and create an extra cost of ceiling repair. The old fan shell is always left in the crawl space by all electricians in order to save the customer extra repairs. Unfortunately, we don't use the app for payment. We accept all other forms of payment."

What a wonderful experience! Jacob Dascalo was fantastic. He replied quickly and reliably at all times and was available for all my questions. He was extremely punctual and asked all the right questions (even asked for pictures) in advance to ensure that he had all the correct material and supplies with him for the repair job. He was patient and polite and explained very well. He was also very transparent about his charges. He completed the work quickly and even helped me organize the purchase of my fans. It was a nice treat that he even cleaned up everything when he was done ... did not even notice that someone had been there. Customer Service at its best ...
