Brian was there on time and in good spirits.  Easily worked around another technician that was also working on property.
Got right to work, found the problems and set them straight.  Gave me $5.00 off the bill because he accidentally dropped the garage light bulb when checking out the motor.  The fact that he told me about it was great, the fact that he more than reimbursed me for it was terrific.

It went very well; they were very thorough and made sure the fittings were just right. They were prompt and effective.

The garage malfunctioned the day after I had it installed and they were unresponsive the next day. When I contacted them on Monday they said I would have to pay for them to come back out. It was a horrible experience. He treated me very badly. He blamed me for breaking the door. The owner is very unprofessional. Brian, the technician, was professional.

The guy from Robertson Garage Doors was very personable, very helpful and I had a very good experience with him. He did what I needed him to do.The pricing was fair.

A few months ago I had another contractor remove, strip and re-finish our driveway gate with powder coating.  Upon replacing the gate, it was not calibrated correctly and made a slamming sound when closing.  I decided to contact someone with expertise in this area and found Robertson Garage Doors from Angies List.  Upon contacting them, my call was answered within 3 rings, and upon explaining my issue, the gentleman I spoke to name Blue, informed me that he could have a technician there in the afternoon, which first impressed me.  After taking my contact information and alternate information, he thanked me for calling.  Later in the afternoon he contacted both myself and my partner that his technician Brian was enroute to my house and would arrive in the next 15 minutes.  Upon meeting my partner there, his technician had already begun examining the gate and motor, and within a few minutes and a couple of adjustments, my problem was solved! 

While speaking to my partner on speakerphone with Brian present I asked Brian to show my partner the garage door deadbolt lock that Robertson invented and to see if he could adjust/evaluate our current garage door opener.  While I knew our existing opener was approx. 10 years old, and fairly tired, I appreciated Brian's honesty in telling my partner how surprised he was that our craftsman opener lasted as long as it had.  Needless to say, he sold us a new opener and exterior keypad (which made me very happy because I had to always go from one car to another looking for the remote!)  Additionally, Brian explained that the little keyhole on the garage door was the emergency release (that I never knew about) in case of a power outage.  Furthermore, Brian explained that our door was in very good condition and with the new opener an additional lock would not be necessary to enhance the garage's security.  Brian then set up a time the following morning to install the new equipment.  He arrived ahead of schedule,  took less than 30 minutes to complete the install, and educated my partner on the new equipment and the warranty on the work he performed.

Overall, I really appreciated Robertson's professionalism, subject matter expertise, honesty, efficiency, and punctuality.  My partner had nothing but superlatives and high praise for Brian's service and efficiency.  Both Brian's on-site professionalism and Blue's telephone professionalism made them a great team.  I highly recommend Robertson Garage Doors and would rate them higher if that were possible as this has been one of the most pleasant and efficient business transactions that I have had, they are a real class act.
