THEY'RE A B. FOR INSTANCE, THEY DIDN'T PUT A LIGHT BULB IN THE OPENER. I THINK THEY WEREN'T REALLY FAST GETTING IT DONE. A PIECE CAME WITH A DENT IN IT, AND IT TOOK A WHILE TO A REPLACEMENT THAT IN. I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK IN TO TRIM IT.
