We currently have about 35 employees each specializing in 2-5 different areas of construction. Our office staff is very experienced and eager to help you along with you're project. We also provide architectural drawings and engineering when needed. Were very experienced in kitchen and bath remodels, room additions and competitive pricing.

From the beginning of both jobs, were checked & rechecked and or reworked to save money, make the job more Structurally from
Columns to Beams to Framing. Electrical Engineering was done proper.The old 100 amp Panel that was outside of the wall to the new garage, The new 200 amp Panel going to the outside of the new Garage. The wiring from the old Panel to the new Panel was approx. 50ft. The new underground intercept conduit was 30ft. to the existing conduit. Wiring a new 10kW Automatic Standby Generator with 200 amp Automatic Transfer Switch. All Electrical wiring plugs, switches, lights inside & outside where done proper. Plumbing was done for the 10kW air cooler Propane Fuel. The Propane pipe was approx. 70ft. long. The water plumbing was redone for the outside Garage Faucets. Water piping for the Single Inlet Whole-House Evaporative Cooler, with new electrical wiring also.
The Insulation & Drywall was done well.
The Original Garage was a 1 Car door opening, This Door was removed, Columns & Beam. With 2 new Columns the Beam was Raised Higher, For my John Deere Tractor! Now the Garage has a 2 Door Garage that I can now drive Thru.
The Carport was added to the Front of the House, That was very big job in it's self. From removing Stuccoing, Beam & Columns.
The new Columns & Beams were built well and stout. The Beams are High enough for the stander P.U. Truck too drive thru.
Again with carport the electrical was done very well, With Electric plugs & lights on all Columns. The Ceiling has lots of lights for waxing the Vehicles in the Evenings...
The Concrete Driveway was done very well. There was two 12ft.x4ft. Planters & 4 Corse Block Retaining Wall by 70ft. The Walls & Columns were Rock Veneer & Flagstone Caps. I have had other work done before, With S&S Construction, It was all done Right. And I'm going to have more work done.
