My husband and I were very impressed with Polanco's Carpentry. Mr. Polanco returned calls, emails and kept appointments 100% of the time and on time! We frequently hear of unreliable contractors and tradesmen - but that is not the case here. Our new front door and garage entry door are beautiful. Quality in every aspect of the project from choice of door suppliers, to stain and paint color recommendations to the installation itself. The new doors have improved the look of our home more than we anticipated and we are so pleased. He'll be the first person we call for our next home project.

I am pleased with the new front entry door replacement more than I expected. Hector is a very skillful carpenter with pride and excellent workmanship. He is very friendly and answered all my questions about door types and styles.

The new front door he installed is perfect and you can tell he takes great pride in his workmanship. The installation was also super quick! Hector of Polanco Carpentry was responsive and efficient. He provided good guidance regarding my door replacement options. The door installation only took about an hour. Hector had to make some minor adjustments to ensure a good fit. My only less than satisfactory observation was that one of the metal vent covers had a broken slat.

Hector did an amazing job installing my front and security doors. Went above and beyond to ensure it was perfect.

Hector is awesome! Super kind and does great work. He removed cabinets from our garage, framed a door way and installed a barn door and moved a light switch for us. All done on time. He was also extremely clean.

Mr. Polanco came on time and did a good job in a short time. He protected my floor and cleaned up well when he was finished. I am very satisfied and would hire him again.

Hector helped me with putting some doors into my kitchen and it went very smoothly. He also helped me with putting matching doorknobs on the rest of my doors, which was very helpful. The whole project went very smoothly.

Mr. Polanco is awesome. We went through several other contractors getting bids before Mr. Polanco. Their bids were ridiculously high and we had to supply the 20' redwood arbor beam, get it and the hardware painted ourselves. Mr. Polanco located the 20' redwood beam, painted it (2 coats of primer & 2 coats of paint along with the upgraded hardware), brought it to our home removed the old beam and installed the new 20' arbor beam. The job he did was beautiful! Mr. Polanco is fair priced, honest and the workmanship is outstanding. He is professional and very customer service oriented which is not easy to find with most contractors. The work area was left very clean when the job was completed. We are so happy we found Mr. Polanco and will call on him for other jobs for our home. I work for a real estate company and will certainly forward his name to realtors needing an excellent licensed contractor.

He is the best. Removed a wall air conditioner in a bedroom and replaced it and I could hardly tell. Very neat and clean and started the job on time
