We are extremely happy with the beautiful bathroom renovation Bay Home Remodeling gave us. Tom Edi and his crew were skillful in every procedure we requested: plumbing, electrical, tile, hardware, painting and frequent updates. Our house is an old one and we asked for a complete existing bathroom demolition to the frame with all new plumbing and wiring. Tomâ s crew expertly managed this perfectly to building codes and gave us a bathroom we are proud of. We canâ t be more pleased with the workers who accommodated us with consideration and kindness. As project manager, Tom stopped by every day to check on his crewâ s progress and brief us on any issues or problems. He even accompanied us to the tile store to advise us on floor, wall and grout requirements. He is truly a hands-on supervisor. Every project has at least one major difficulty. Ours was termites. Tom accommodated the required delay to treat the condition by working around the termite control service. Our furniture and carpets were protected during the renovation and our private property was respected by his crew. We highly recommend Bay Home Remodeling for any construction or remodeling work. I was referred to Bay Home Remodeling by one of my close friends who was really happy with the updates she just made to her home. The service was great! I contacted for an estimate to make changes to my bathrooms and kitchen. I got a fast reply within 24 hours. Tom was amazing throughout the process. From estimate to completion, I always felt like I was being listened to and wasn't being overcharged for anything unnecessary. The workers were very professional, followed COVID guidelines, and I was always clear on next steps. They helped me with the design and the selection of materials. My wife and I had our upstairs bathroom remodeled recently and Tom and his crew were professional and courteous throughout their work on the project. They were also reasonably priced when compared to their competitors. Tom was always available to answer questions and routinely showed up at the work site to ensure his guys were doing excellent work. I have nothing but high praise for Bay Home Remodeling.

Tom and his crew are - in one word - fantastic! We received five bids for a small bathroom remodel. We ended up going with Tom and Bay Home Remodeling due to his competitive price (not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either), but even more so - just the really nice, easy-going, and trustworthy vibe that we got from Tom. Working with him proved to be exactly the great experience that we thought it would be. Tom was extremely helpful in assisting us in getting all the materials that we needed for the remodel and making some really great suggestions along the way. While on the job, he and his crew took very safe measures in working during the Covid-19 pandemic - always with masks and in keeping good physical distance. Tom was in contact daily to assure that everything was being done according to our satisfaction. Also, a special shout-out to Elias who did an amazing job and is just such a nice person. Interesting that our dog, who barks at just about everyone who comes in our house, did not bark at all at Tom or his crew... They finished the job exactly on time and with no additional hidden costs or 'change orders'. It's been so challenging going through this process of trying to find a good and trustworthy contractor. While it took some time, I'm happy to say that we finally did so. We're doing several other remodel projects and are definitely excited to be using Tom and Bay Home Remodeling. We recently remodeled our kitchen. After interviewing a few people we selected Tom and his crew. He worked with us to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. He made sure we understood everything that was going on and why. He was at the site almost everyday to check in on us and to keep us up to date. The quality of the work was amazing and we are very happy with our kitchen. He managed to make the most out of our space and work with the style we wanted. Him and his crew were amazing.

I recently had my bathroom remodel with them. The process of working with Gal and Tom was quite easy. Price was decent and the mostly finished everything with the time frame promised beside small thing that wasn t there responsibility. I highly recommend them.

The contractor, Tom Edi, and his team were professional and experienced. The remodel was completed in a timely manner and all concerns, there were very few, were addressed without question. Highly recommended.

We started working with Tom right after closing on our new home - Tom and team helped us with floors and walls (smoothing & painting) across the whole house and also did a complete kitchen remodel, along with a number of misc touch-ups / electricals. Tom and team were fantastic to work with - he is super communicative (almost daily texts with updates and very very responsive with our qns), very thoughtful in timing and approach, and is in general very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We had some hiccups with getting our inspections done but Tom still managed to finish up the job ahead of schedule and we are very happy with the work. Would def work with Tom again in the future if we have the opportunity to!

Tom and his team did a beautiful job with our kitchen. They were very attentive to every detail of our request and very receptive to feedback throughout the project. We didn't like the wall paint color we had chosen and they went above and beyond to repaint it with a new color at the end of the project. We had a slight snafu with our wood floors being installed (I didn't know that wood needed to acclimate for up to 2 weeks before being installed) so our project, unfortunately, sat idle while the wood rested but I conveyed to Tom my disappointment with that process and completely understood and apologized (perhaps why he agreed to repaint our walls free of charge). Nobody is perfect though and the good news is that Tom now knows how to better handle wood floor installation. Also, even with the 2 week delay on the wood floors, Tom and his crew still came in on the earlier side of his proposed timeline. The entire project was finished in 5 weeks (with a 4-8 week bid)... so I can't even be all that upset with the flooring delay. Tom and his crew were great people and do great work. Probably most importantly, they were a great price and our kitchen is of high craftsmanship & looks awesome!

We remodeled our home in Oakland in April 2019. We are more pleased with the result. The project manager were attentive to details and full of good ideas. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding in every way, the process was smooth and enjoyable.
