Originally, I thought I needed the original wall mounting bracket replaced since the home sellers had inadvertently left the other half of the bracket attached to their own tv, which they'd taken with them. Sergio noted that the replacement bracket was the same as the one on the wall so, in addition to quickly attaching the other half to my tv and mounting, he also suggested I purchase tv brackets from Walmart if I wanted to mount another tv, which would be a real cost saver. He also helped me connect the tv and did all of it quite quickly, which was great. I'd definitely use them again...

We asked them to do a very complicated color scheme, and they did a wonderful job at it.

The detail and care that went in to painting our wood cabinets to a beautiful light pewter was nothing short of amazing. They sealed the cracks in the shaker style cabinet to provide a seamless finish. Our kitchen looks expensive and bright! Cannot wait to see what they can do with the exterior of our home.

I have a two story house with three decks. I got three estimates and although Palladino was the highest, it was not by that much and the detail, clarity and professionalism of the estimate (not to mention online reviews) made me feel comfortable using them. When Lou did the estimate, he explained everything they'd do and wrote it all down. The job took about 10 days and I can't speak more highly of the crew who did the work. They were always prompt, very detailed and highly professional. The detail of the work impressed my neighbors as well. The end result is a beautiful transformation. I will never use another painter.

They were excellent and fantastic. They are personable, on time, clean. Their painters are fantastic people and human being. It is a great experience all the way across the board. Everything about them is excellent.

Lou Palladino and his team are top notch professionals. Lou personally came to our house to give us an estimate. He took plenty of time walking through each room making notes so he could give us a detailed and accurate estimate. His was the middle of our three bids but seemed the most thorough and well thought out. We went with him and are so glad he did. His painters handled our home with the utmost of care, protecting our hard wood floors, furniture and countertops so that absolutely no damage was done. Each day they cleaned up after themselves and made things here as comfortable as they could considering we had everything covered in paper and plastic tarps for a week and a half. The paint job itself is impeccable. They repaired damaged walls (cracks and such) before they started painting. Most of the week and a half the job took was the prep, and the attention to detail shows. When they finished they put everything back and even went as far as to fold our blankets, put photos in frames where they thought they belonged, etc. It was really nicely done and thoughtful.
Our house looks brand new and we couldn't be more pleased. And even the office staff was super responsive. Karen responded to every email quickly and courteously. We highly recommend Palladino Painting.

My entire house was wallpapered, which I stripped myself after one painter told me I should do so before he began. I later realized the whole house should have been dry-walled over the wallpaper. Too late, now I had really messed up walls from wallpaper removal that was stubborn andn slow. I had also had all new electrical installed with recessed lights. A previous contractor was supposed to float and paint walls as well as replace all trim. The previous contractor did such a terrible job, we had the entire house redone again.
Lou's team refloated the walls and ceiling, finished the joins on the trim, and made every effort to catch all flaws and irregularities on the original walls - no easy task as new things showed up depending on the light, and we wanted an eggshell finish which tends to show more flaws.
I work at home and was extremely relunctant to repaint, but my husband insisted. So I didn't go into this with a very good attitude. Despite my negative attitude, I found the crew to be charming, polite, and civilized. They were scrupulous about cleaning up at the end of each work day. They made every effort to ensure no paint landed on brand new hardwood floors. They used plastic to seal off the room in which they worked which minimized the paint smell. I have never seen anything like the procedures they followed to improve on a difficult situation for the homeowner. Needless to say, their work was top notch. Just now I was looking up at my ceiling and saying to myself, The ceiling looks really good. I stlil haven't reviewed Palladino on Angie's List.and quot; So here I am. You won't be sorry.

We wish to praise Palladino Painting for the excellent, speedy job they
did painting the exterior of our house. We wish we could show a picture
of how well they scraped off the old paint. They took it down to the
underlying redwood. Then they did a beautiful job repainting the house,
with a zealous eye for detail. The result is gorgeous, and it looks as
good today, two years later, as when they first painted it. We live
across from the ocean, so the house takes quite a battering, but they
brushed on (no spray paint) enough coats to withstand the battering. We
highly recommend Palladino Painting.

They were just really good overall. They were knowledgeable and efficient. They are handy; they are close by and handy to the coastal area.

Palladino did an excellent job. In fact, I joined Angie's List so I could recommend them! The color consulting was great - they used 4 colors in all without changing the bid. The team was professional, clean, thorough and just plain fantastic. They found some problems with termites so bypassed those spots until we could get the spots treated. Then they came back a month later and painted those spots (no charge even tho the areas were fairly big). The tiniest details were all done to perfection. For instance, we'd just had a new patio put in and they were very careful not to spill a drop on it. The wires on the outside of the house were all painted. I know there's a lot I'm missing; it's been a while now and I can't remember small details but I know they are the best professionals I've ever seen...and we've had a lot of work done on our 50's ranch house over the years. Bravo to this great company (and no, I don't know any of them personally)!

The company was excellent. The owner, Lou Palladino, did all the intial inspections and estimates. His inspection was detailed and complete. He made excellent suggestions about the type of paint to use on various portions of the job, and listened closely to concerns and desires I had. He followed up his inspections with detailed documents which not only included his estimate and, eventually, the contract, but also a statement of his company's responsibilities and what the company required of the owner as well as a worksheet specifying what his crews could and could not do while working on the project, and practical issues such as logistics, timing, parking etc. He also consulted with me about colors and followed that up with a document detailing every color and its placement. In short, his advance work was very extensive and left little to chance. The crew was terrific. They arrived on time every day. Their preparation of each room was meticulous, protecting all furniture and fixtures down to the smallest item. They worked quietly and quickly, and instantly responded to any item I thought needed attention. They even went beyond the contract specifications to address problems. Their supervisor visited on a regular basis and made sure that everything was done to my statisfaction and his. He even obtained an additional new paint to modify some handrails at my request. When the job was completed the supervisor made sure that I understood I had a warranty for the work and that if there was anything that needed correction, they would return and fix it. In short I was impressed with the professionalism of the company from start to finsih and would definitely use it again and recommend it to others.

Called for quotes. Timely response and bid. Wanted new color on exterior and interior of our Eichler in the Highlands. Worked with us through several key design issues based on previous experience with Eichlers. Very helpful. Started work on exterior, found some wood rot on eaves, brought in handyman for repairs. Did not delay time estimate, and repairs were perfect. A lot of detail work with contrasting colors. Exceptionally clean lines. Owner came out each stage of work to check for quality control. He found more issues than we did, and had them fixed the same day. We are very happy with the job they did, and the services provided. Would highly recommend,

Lou Palldino gave very detailed quotes--more like a schedule of precisely what was to be done. He also spent time examining and deciding with me which woodwork needed to be stripped and which did not, which saved some money. The crew was punctual and professional. Covered all unpainted surfaces and even put a tarp down to protect the carpet between the outside door and the rooms to be painted. Excellent prep. They removed peeling paint on woodwork and sanded it before repainting. Smoothed/removed traces of old wallpaper. When I changed my mind about the paint color after the first coat, it only took one call to the office and they had the new color with them when they arrived at the job. They were quiet and respectful of the household and cleaned up well each night. No damage to the carpet or to a bookcase that was too large to remove. Finished in 3 days. Lou came by twice to check on the job and to inspect it with me at the end. We chose Palladino because they had painted the house exterior several years ago and did an excellent job that has held up well.

It went wonderfully. It started with the quote; Lou provides extremely detailed quotes, so you know exactly what work will be done. The crew spent a lot of time doing the prep working so my furnishings were fully protected, holes in the walls were filled, etc. The painting looks superb - even tricky places where two different colors came together as a corner was turned. The folks also moved the heavier, bolted-to-the-wall bookshelves for me, unbolting them and then bolting them back when they were done.
