As a Realtor and Interior designer, I am always on the lookout for vendors that perform to the highest standards. After Ren and his crew did such a phenomenal job on the exterior of my personal property, I loved the outcome so much that I brought them in for Interior painting and couldn't be happier with the results! Neighbors were so impressed with color selections and the beautiful quality of work, that I've had several come to my door to ask for referrals! I've alse referred Robinson's painting to several clients and friends! It's rare to find licensed contractors that exude pride of craftsmanship in thier trade. I contacted this company online through Angie's List, after being directed there by HomeAdvisor. Within a day or two, they called me to schedule a time to come out and give me an estimate on a home interior paint job. I showed up at the house at the time of my appointment. They did not. When I called them, they told me they had lost my number and therefore were unable to get a hold of me to reschedule. Hard to understand how that happened, given my first contact with them was when they called me. I did not see any attempt to reach me by any other means either. They had previously messaged me on Angie's List, so should have been able to message me there again.

My husband and I had the outside of hour house painted by Robinson Painting about two weeks ago. The whole process went very well. I can't recommend Robinson Painting enough. Ren and his crew were not only very professional but they were very friendly and approachable as well. Ren responded to any questions we had within a few hours of contacting him (and many times within minutes!). The his crew worked quickly, completed on time and did an excellent job. We are very happy with the quality of the work. After completing the work, Ren walked around the house with us to look for issues and to determine if we were happy. We had one small issue and when I contacted him, he came by the next morning and fixed the issue. He and his crew are very good and work to make sure their customers are happy with the work. Not only did we get wonderful service, but his prices are very reasonable as well. Thank you Ren! We appreciate you and your crew very much. We would hire Robinson Painting again.

So I want to be fair here - Ren came out right away - a bit of a hard sale with the "what price will get you to not get other quotes?" We haggled and his guys showed up as expected and quickly got the job going. Paint colors were matched and found and a lot of what they did was very good work. They even added a couple of nice touches - painted the numbers in the address. But the Southern side of my house had been in poor condition and I had a contractor come in and replace pieces and seal it. Some of the old peeling paint I had spent hours stripping and sanding - i could not get tot he higher stuff and figured i would have the painter do it. Ten assured me they would scrape and prep it. What i got was very quick pressure wash and some knocking off of anything that would chip - The side looks terrible. But from a distance - it was fine. Now a year later with all these rains - i have leaks - i went and looked at the siding and is se cracks in the paint and some of it is peeling. So i contacted Ren to discuss. His response was - it was not his work - the water has nothing to do with anything he did and i should find someone to fix that. I explained i had cracks and peeling - his next e-mail was aggressive accusing me of pointing fingers. Then i got a bizarre e-mail which i am including: Ren Robinson Contractor 12:15 AM (15 hours ago) to me You have a great evening, and I hope you use all the legal resources that you have provided in this great country by our great president (Trump). ?? LIVE IT! LOVE IT! OR LEAVE IT! Trump 2020?? Kind Regards, Ren Robinson I don't even know how this makes any sense to include political statements - with the idea that one should leave the country? We have had no political discussions and this came out of left field. Anyway - i would steer clear of this guy - his work was okay - disappointing prep-work - but everything since then has been a bit of a nightmare - buyer beware. This may have been aggravated by the check i wrote him I had just inherited two Schwab account sand did not know the checking account was attached to the one that had almost nothing in it. Ten was all over me to resolve the issue - and i promptly got on the phone and sorted out the payment - but he was seriously ****** at the returned check - which i profusely apologized for. Ive run companies. I would never treat a customer like that- ever

Ren and his team are fantastic. They helped me take care of a mess of my own creation, charged a reasonable rate, and were all super-friendly. Can't ask for anything more, and I recommend their work without hesitation. In fact, we plan to have them back out for a larger exterior project in the near future. Two thumbs up.

I can't even tell that the drywall was ever damaged. I have used Ren and his team for exterior painting, interior painting, and this is the second time for drywall repair. He and his staff are excellent, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, do an awesome job, and leave the workspace clean.

We are very happy with the final outcome. Our home looks great. All work was completed within five days from starting, which was much quicker than we expected considering the many phases. There was some water damaged wood on the exterior and Ren's crew removed and replaced it. The house was power washed, caulked and sealed prior to painting. Ren provided us with Sherwin Williams brochures and paint samples to make our selections. We also used the Sherwin Williams "Color Snap" web tool to decide on the final paint colors. The team started at 8:00 am every day with Ren doing quality checks regularly. When finished, the work site was cleaned up well with all materials (e.g., empty paint cans) and debris removed. We would definitely rehire Ren for any future projects and recommend him highly to others.

After calling multiple painting contractors, we hired Ren and his team to paint the outside of our two story office building. Before starting the project, he brought us brochures to choose colors from and was very informative about the entire process. He and his team arrived every day on time and were both efficient and professional. The project was completed quickly and reasonably priced. We appreciated Ren's positive attitude and pride in his excellent work ethic. It was an all around great experience. Highly recommend

So happy with the paint job from this R. Robinsons Painting!!! He helped me choose the right color and I couldn't be happier. Their lines were incredibly clean, they cleaned up really well at the end of the job and I love how the house looks now. His price was very reasonable and his painters exceeded my expectations.
