"It went very well. Job completed on time and on budget.Silverio and his Crew were a joy to work with. I would highly recommend Silverstone Landscape and Tree Service if you need Tree work, Landscaping job or Fencing job(wood fencing, masonry fencing, concrete block fencing or metal rail fencing) done for your property."
"I had an outdoor playground set. Adrian was professional and hard-working. Great communication and he brought all the required tools and equipment. He showed up first thing in the morning on a short notice and it was all done before the end of the day. The assembly looks great and I know the kids will love it!"
"We have a patio area with a translucent roof and wanted to have more protection to be able to area in cooler weather. The roof has a slope so a triangular shaped transom was also necessary above the curtain rods. The estimator created a design and recommended hardware. In addition to the curtains, Acme created and installed 2 awnings. We visited the showroom / factory to choose our fabric and were very impressed with their work on display. During installation one of the transoms did not quite fit and it was very quickly remade and installed. Everyone we met at the company was courteous and professional. We highly recommend this company. "
"WOW. I thought my 30 year old redwood deck wasn't salvageable, but Rupert convinced me to do so. He was very prompt & reliable & knowledgeable and everything went as planned. A real pleasure to work with, especially if you prefer texting over e-mails!! I thought it was going to need replacement, a cost of $20,000 using a wood/plastic composite. I am glad I didn't spend all that money- I would have had a plastic deck (Trex )that would scratch/warp/stain/turn to plastic-dust ( according to reviews at http://www.consumeraffairs.com/homeowners/trex_composite_decking.html) Instead, I have a sturdy splinter free redwood deck and $18,000 still in my pocket. Environmentally I saved as well, by 'fixing & reusing rather than buying/manufacturing plastics that would end up un-decomposed in a landfill one day. If you want a facelift on your old deck- Summit Deck Doctors is the way to go. If you think your deck is dying and needs to be buried & replaced, don't do so without asking Summit Deck Doctors to resuscitate it. "
"Our project included leveling of the ground, installation of new irrigation, gopher wire and topsoil and sod installation. The crew started on time and completed the work on schedule in a very professional manner. Highly recommended."
"Lance and his crew showed professionalism and problem solving beyond my ability to do the same. He is courteous and knowledgeable about the many finishes, paints and stains in today's market. Besides the great quality of his work, he and his crew are reliable and on time. My home (2800 sq. ft.) is beautiful. He even suggested that the job should include the front porch and he was 100% right. Thank you Lance and Shaun."
"Everything is just perfect! I couldn't be more happy...thank you so much for making this project go so smoothly. From the detailed work to the professionalism to the cleaning and most importantly to the trust. I could leave the house knowing my home would be safe and respected. I will definitely refer you to anyone that is looking for a contractor. Precision Construction is now my go to for all my construction needs."
"Mauricio did an excellent job of clearing my very dirty brick patio, front steps, paths and driveway. He was efficient and the result is amazing. The bricks on the patio were black with moss growing on them. Now they look like new."
"Stephen S. Salinas, CA 0 friends 1 review 10/2/2017 Salinas, CA. 10/02/2017 Steve S.: My wife and I are both retired and have had enough of weeding our property and picking up other peoples' cat litter. We also wanted to add curb appeal to our home. I looked for someone that provided a great warranty, a great product, and would provide dependable and qualified workers. System Pavers was the answer to all these needs. Thanks to Home Advisor for their recommendation. Unexpectedly our first discussion was with Cecilia, System Pavers, Art Design Consultant. She gave us ideas and color schemes for our project. It made our Project decisions much easier, we went with interlocking Calstone pavers on one side of our front patio and a colorful rock garden on the other side. We then got a visit from our Poject Manager, Lester Yue, who took all the measurements, gave more ideas, and estimated costs. A border to our rock garden was added to our project. The workers were extremely dedicated to the job and worked very hard, continuously, in the hot weather and as promised cleaned the project site each day before leaving. We are very happy with our finished product, we do recommend System Pavers to all others with outdoor projects, and we will call on them again if we have other projects. Although System Pavers was more expensive, the quality of work, the final product, and the worry free, long lasting warranty, is worth the cost."
Yes, a sunroom will require a permit. You may just need a general construction permit for a screened-in porch or solarium. For a three-season room with electricity and a four-season room with electric, heating, and cooling, you’ll need additional permits for each of the utilities, as well as a roofing permit.
An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it meets certain criteria. For instance, it must be completely enclosed with solid walls and a roof. It should also have a heating and cooling source similar to the rest of the home. Finally, the porch should have direct access to and from the interior of your house.
A sunroom may count toward your home's total square footage or living space if it meets certain conditions, which can vary by local regulations. Generally, for a sunroom to be included, it must be fully enclosed, properly insulated, and equipped with electrical access and a heating and cooling (HVAC) system, similar to a four-season room. It should also meet the same construction standards as the rest of the house. Three-season sunrooms that function more like enclosed porches typically do not count toward the total square footage and are considered exterior living space.
Whether a prefab sunroom is worth it will depend on each homeowner’s unique needs and preferences. Overall, prefab sunrooms are a wallet-friendly, speedy, and reliable option for individuals looking to get some vitamin D in a simply-designed yet sunny space. Not to mention, sunrooms can increase your home’s value and the enjoyment you feel at home.
An Arizona room may or may not count toward your home’s square footage, depending on local regulations and the specifics of the room, but generally does not get included in the total square footage. In many locations, a room needs to be built to the same quality as the rest of the home, have an integrated heating/cooling system, and be habitable year-round to count toward square footage.
