The most beautiful two-tone Trex Deck was created which can be seen on their website. Rocky Harbor and Spiced Rum trim. Additional projects were also done for us. Two small upper decks, railings, stairs were replaced. Flat top roof over a room addition, painting and all the other little things we can't do anymore that I needed done. No pressure, no upselling, just explained what made sense. The crew showed up when they said they would and worked pretty steadily through the job. What I noticed most was how clean they kept things?no nails or trash left around. The roof looks great and we?ve had zero issues since."

"I'm very happy with the work that was done by Landmark construction and energy crew. At first, we met with Ron that came over and met with us about the issues that we had with our water heater and with the bills that we currently pay for electric. Ron recommended us to replace the bulky old water heater and to install a tankless system that will supply hot water immediately and with the use of less gas. We liked that idea and we decided to go for this project. Ron came over to our house with his 2 people that basically took care of all the removal and the installation of the new system. The work that they did took only 2 days from start to finish and now we have more space at the garage, and the bills are much lower than before…."

"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "Very detail oriented. Ensured every part was fastened properly and methodically, that water would drain away from the house correctly, and the roof would was secure in case of earthquakes. Inspected overall condition of roof as well. Also took note of any future issues that may develop from weather/wear and tear with other structural parts of the home. Punctual for both consultation and for the day of work. Excellent value and would hire again for future roofing or contracting needs.
