I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. "We are so happy with our new energy efficient windows! We remolded our house and this part of the remodeling was pretty much the best thing we've included. Ezra from Landmark construction energy crew was awesome and very patient with us. I showed up late for our scheduled appointment but Ezra went back over everything he had already discussed with my husband and answered all my questions and concerns. Landmark construction energy crew's prices were very comparable with the other estimates we got, but they had "extras" in there package that weren't included in the others which actually made them a better value. The installation was a little rough, the crew was at our house all day for 2 weeks in a row, but in their defense we had a lot of windows to replace (20 in total). In the end there were a couple of little things that needed to be fixed. We had few issues with the windows after the work was completed and we called Ezra thinking that he will never call us back now that the work was completed and all the money was paid…. BUT He actually got right back to us and sent someone out the following day to address all the small things we wanted to be fixed. The windows are spectacular, Ezra is awesome, and all the people we dealt with at Landmark construction energy crew Vision Windows were amazing."
