Two small upper decks, railings, stairs were replaced. Flat top roof over a room addition, painting and all the other little things we can't do anymore that I needed done. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I'm very happy with the work that was done by Landmark construction and energy crew. At first, we met with Ron that came over and met with us about the issues that we had with our water heater and with the bills that we currently pay for electric. Ron recommended us to replace the bulky old water heater and to install a tankless system that will supply hot water immediately and with the use of less gas. We liked that idea and we decided to go for this project. Ron came over to our house with his 2 people that basically took care of all the removal and the installation of the new system. The work that they did took only 2 days from start to finish and now we have more space at the garage, and the bills are much lower than before…."

"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. Inspected overall condition of roof as well. Also took note of any future issues that may develop from weather/wear and tear with other structural parts of the home.
