Painters are fine but  the business owner gives low bid then scrimps on as much as you will let him get away with.  Cheap material, not enough coats of material, makes excuses why he can not do aspects of the job that are in the bid.  It was a very frustrating experience and I ended up a lot of the painting myself. 
If you don't know much about painting you will wind up with an inferior job. If you do you will be fighting to get the job done properly.
all and all this was an experience that I will not repeat.

The whole process was quite overwhelming to me as there was so much to be done.  Hamanaka handled it with ease.  Glenn Hamanaka called to make sure that I was satisfied and made certain that a walk-around was performed upon completion of the project.  I did find a couple of small things that needed to be touched up, and they were promptly handled.

It went badly. They ruined the siding beyond repair with poor paint removal methods. When confronted, the business owner, stated I had not asked for a $80,000 paint job. The business uses many different crews, and the quality depends on which one you get.
