I needed a ceiling fan remote wall switch and internal circuit board replaced and 3CAB was able to come by the same afternoon. They quickly assessed the situation and got to work. Within a short time I once again had a working fan. Juan even cleaned the fan blades for me! I'd be happy to call on the 3CAB team for any future electrical job. I have worked with Miguel and his team for several years now. They are polite, professional, responsive, clean and conscientious. My house is many years old. Much of the service I’ve needed is troubleshooting. The 3CAB team is especially skilled and helpful in this regard. I am a routine customer in this regard. I will continue to rely on them.

My request was that they map the circuit brakers with electrical system in the house. The found issues that they corrected and rearranged groupings that allowed me extra circuit brakers and changed a few to the proper amperage. I now have the ability to use unused circuits for future items such a car charger, etc.

Juan and his crew did a really great job on our kitchen remodel including custom cabinet lighting, dedicated appliances, new circuits, etc. His quote was fair, his work was clean, and done on time. Overall I’m happy with his work and will definitely look to him for future electric work.

Miguel's electrical work is by far superior to any other company I've hired. I contracted him for a two bedroom 2 bathroom addition project, and he was very knowledgeable with reading blueprints and needed no supervision.
