Spas Rarely clean. Almost burnt up my pump by cutting water off to it and left it running! Pump lid turned black from the heat!! Techs don't seem to know what there doing!!!

All of the employees that I spoke with were very friendly. The service technician was professional, knowledgeable and completed the work as quoted and on time. The rates charged were very reasonable. Thank you to all staff!

I was pleased with the work and the individual that preformed the work. The spa is 25 years old and in excellent shape The control unit had given out. The spa was totally updated with all new controller, pump, and heater, The new controls are a great up date. I am pleased with the outcome.

They dealt with many complex issues regarding my pool and spa, including lighting, electrical conduit and wiring repairs , leaking water pipes, and all of the equipment. They thoroughly cleaned the pool/spa, and replaced tile. They saved me money by reusing my filter, after replacing the sand, and even repositioned it so it is easier to clean the whole area. They moved a large, heavy rock to the other side of the pool landscaping, at no charge! They installed a new energy efficient pump and vacuum, plus many other things, including a better sprinkler controller for my yard. They explained what they were doing, as they worked, and were always polite, flexible, honest, and often entertaining! I wish all my projects could be so painless. I highly recommend Charles and his Poolside crew.

The office staff was very friendly and helpful. They are very accommodating to your schedule. The only negative is that the part that was needed was on back ordered (NOT THERE FAULT) but they were able to get it from a different supplier and everything is now working just fine I would recommend them to anyone who asks if I know a GOOD SPA COMPANY.

Their phone service is bad. You can t get through easily. And they are rarely on time for appointments . The pool man however is polite and a fast good worker.
