"Customer service doesn't seem to have their stuff together. I had a job done and paid for in early April and I received a call TODAY 6-4-21 asking if I needed any asbestos abatement done for my house? This is only one of the things that happened to me with their office people. The guys who did the work were excellent. I wish their office staff where as good at their jobs!!! They do not have a grasp on what is happening in the field with the work their people are doing!!!"
