Well HD Lancaster location only had two of the HE toilets that I wanted, so the 3rd toilet was picked up in the HD Palmdale store. Joshua did all this with pleasure. "I contacted R & R Remodeling because they were recommended to me through my church.  They came out to assess the situation promptly and gave me an estimate within just a few days.  The fee seemed reasonable to me, and this window was preventing further progress on our living room project, so we said yes.  They began work the next week.
I was very pleased with the work of Bill the framer who works with R & R Remodeling experts.  He got started a bit later in the morning than I was expecting, but that is the only thing that I have to say that is even slightly less than glowing.  Bill was very knowledgeable and professional throughout.  He was very thoughtful and concerned about getting the window weather sealed and making everything look as if this work never needed to be done in the first place.  He cleaned up after himself as he went along.  He had all the tools he needed for the job with him and worked steadily and efficiently until the job was done.  If only all builders could be like this.  This window is now perfectly installed in our living room wall and we can proceed with trimming it out and finishing our project.  Yay!"

"The job took almost two full days to complete, a little longer than expected.  In part, it was due to the unexpected rough opening enlargement that needed to take place.  Kerry and his associates took care of it in a professional manner.  By the end of the first day, the new door was already in place, with a new lock installed.  The next day (Sunday, I really appreciated Kerry spending most of his weekend to complete the job), was devoted to installing casing, external trim, sealing and painting.
I had to pitch in on the door delivery from the local hardware store and on the lock installation, but I am happy with the overall result.  The door looks professionally installed and has a nice, solid feel to it when opened or closed.  Kerry had lots of previous experience with similar projects, and it shows.
