I submitted a bid and got a phone call within 25 minutes. Jeff was at my house 1 he and 40 mns after speaking with him. The garage opener I had was not working properly. He spent probably an hour putting it back up and troubleshooting it for free. He installed the new opener in less than an hour. 4J is a solid company and Jeff is a great and honest guy. A++ rating highly recommend him!

Great service, the owner called me and with in 30 minutes he was in my house fixing my garage door.

Extremely happy with the service. Jeff made an appointment to see me the same day. He was not only on time (which i find very refreshing) he knew exactly what was causing the issue and explained what he needed to do to solve it. He completed the installation of the new sensors within a short amount of time and the door is working as it should. The price was reasonable and Jeff was great. I will be using them for any future door issues, and may even have them install a new door shortly.
