Marvin was first to respond and I liked what I heard, he had the repair part, a price I knew was fair and he would come out immediately. Within two hours my garage door was fixed. Marvin could not have been friendlier.

Marvin was fantastic. We broke an extension sprin on an old garage door. He replaced it temporarily with a smaller gauged spring and hunted for the correct spring and found it. Came back and replaced both springs effortless. Very courteous and funny guy. Enjoyed his presence. Great work ethic. Even greased our unit and straightened the bent tracts so now the garage door opens smoothly and quietly.

We had a great experience! Marvin was very professional. The opener had all the bells and whistles, also including: Battery Backup, WiFi, Camera, Microphone, Speakers, and Motion Detector! A rep called me as soon as i placed job on Home Advisor website. She was very friendly and helpful. she gave me a few ideas of what could have happened to my garage door. Then she gave me a price range for the job and the name of the technician who would arrive. The following day, Conrad arrived. He was kind and professional. He assest the problem and fixed it right away.

I would have given Conrad a 5. But he promised to leave my invoice in my mailbox the next day because he didn t have any with him but he didn t leave it at all after calling to say he would leave it later that day. I have not heard anything more from him nor do I have an invoice. It s been at least 3 days. His work though was very good. One should keep his word would be my only complaint.

I suspect that the garage door spring was not to the standard for my garage door because its diameter was smaller than what I had. But I could be wrong. Only time will tell.

My five year old garage door opener broke its gear cog, and I called Marvin to look at it. Before he came over, he had already done his research on various options. He looked at the cheap model that was installed in my new home, and offered me two choices. I went with a new, WiFi ready opener. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the initial consultation, and the excellent installation by his service staff. I hooked it up the the internet without a hitch.
