"The repairman listened to the dishwasher for a couple of minutes, and said it needed a motor.  He gave me an estimate of $539.95, including $350 for the motor and $200 for labor.  Seemed like a lot for an old dishwasher. "The repairman arrived late due to an accident on the freeway.  The office did call me to let me know.  I showed him the area that needed to be reparied.  He asked me if I had some of the supplies I thought he would have brought for drywall repair such as tape and texturing.  He said the company should have told me to provide this, and I indicated no one told me anything.  Eventually, he ran out to Home Depot which took over an hour, and came back with the proper supplies.  He finished the job in the time allotted.  It is an adequate job.  It was in my laundry room behind the appliances so I wasn't so concerned about how it looks.  If I had been concerned about that, the job wouldn't have been satisfactory.

This was a standard kitchen remodel.

Demo of existing kitchen, wall and ceiling repair, new cabinets, plumbing, electrical, blew out and added on to our breakfast nook, new flooring. Lighting overhead and under cabinet. 

Demo went smooth, house protected from dust.  Construction crews were careful and courteous. We had a few small issues along the way but had Precise crews in immediately to take care of this. 

We searched very hard to find the best service for the best price, Precise did not disappoint us.

Kitchen is complete, we are now pondering the other home improvement projects they can help us with!
